If you live in the TW18 Staines-upon-Thames area, we have volunteers that are happy to help you.
The type of help we provide is:
- Essential transport to and from the hospital, clinics, and health centers.
- Collection of clients' prescriptions.
- Accompanying clients with shopping and medical appointments.
- Visiting elderly, disabled, or housebound clients for a chat or a cuppa.
- Assistance with letter writing and form-filling.
- Anything a good neighbour would do.
We will consider any reasonable request for help.
How much does it cost?
As volunteers use their own transport, expenses are reimbursed. A small donation is appreciated to cover these costs.
For example, the suggested contribution for a trip to a local doctor's surgery, local chemist, or shop is £4
